Summer is one of Brilliant Beginnings’ most favorite times of the year! From great field trips to water play days to engaging projects, a summer at Brilliant Beginnings is one not easily forgotten!  

 

 

 

Senior Summer Camp

AGES 5-12

When it starts to get warm, we have only one thing on our mind: SUMMER CAMP!!! Summer Camp is one of our most favorite times of year. Our School-Age Summer Camp is hard to beat – with an affordable weekly tuition, your child receives more fun than they can handle. 

 

Through our Summer Camp theme “When I Grow Up…,” campers dive into a world of lions and tigers as they see what it’s like to be a zoologist, they hit the stage under the bright lights as we become performers, and create awesome disguises as we become spies!

 

Each week is filled with exciting projects, weekly field trips to the movies and to the YMCA pool, as well as a weekly “big” field trip to locations like the Virginia Aquarium, the Norfolk Zoo, the Children’s Museum, Z104’s studio, and Potts & Paints Ceramics Studio! Campers also take advantage of a weekly in-house field trip, with visits from Kona Ice, a magician, Teeny Tiny Farm, the SPCA as well as other organizations!

Junior Summer Camp

AGES 2-4

Throughout the week our junior campers explore each “job” through art, science and cooking projects.  We end the week in the best way possible…Water Play Day!!!  Campers jump, run and slide through a watery wonderland of sprinklers, water toys and pools!
